Why do I blog? I blog because I have something to say.

I am Penny Raine, you can read more about me at my everyday blog pennyraine.com . We live on a horse farm in TN with a bigger than average family. I blog about lots of things, including homeschooling, farm living, my passion for Jesus, my incredible family, cooking, and more, but here I blog about blogging.

I am often asked how to set up a blog, and all kinds of technical questions. While there are plenty of folks who know a whole lot more than I do, I am happy to share what the Lord has shown me. I tend to be a teacher by heart, so grab your notebook and gather your questions. We will get to them one by one.

Over and over in the Old Testament and New, the Lord reminded His people to write down what He had done for them, and to pass it down to their children. Blogging can be an extension of that. It is an easy medium, writing in articles rather whole books. You can create a curriculum or a scrapbook. Something to share with distant relatives or something to teach the multitudes.  Or simply something to preserve memories. Whatever you choose to blog about, I am blessed to be of help.
